Kirsten Rostedt, a Central Massachusetts native, graduated cum laude from Iona College and received her J.D. from New York Law School. During law school, she served as an officer of the New York Law School Civil Liberties Union and as the executive notes and comments editor of the New York Law School Journal of International and Comparative Law. Kirsten also worked as a student legal aide in the antitrust bureau of the Office of the New York State Attorney General.
Kirsten began her practice in 2001 as an associate at the law firm of Agus & Partners, P.C. in New York, New York. There she gained a broad range of legal experience in maritime and aviation, business, insurance, domestic relations, real estate and civil litigation. In 2011, she opened her own practice with the goal of making legal services accessible to everyone who needs them.
Kirsten serves as a trustee and elder of an international religious congregation. A public advocate for the rights of religious minorities, she has been featured in local and national media.
Kirsten lives in Central Massachusetts with her daughter, Abigail, where they enjoy spending time outdoors.
